Simple Syrups Recipe Collection - We have gathered all the simple syrups recipes on our blog in one post. We have floral simple syrups with Lavender, Rose, Hops, Honeysuckle, and other florals and herbal simple syrups using mint and lemon verbena. Enjoy these simple syrups over desserts, in cocktails or mocktails, lemonade, or other drinks and recipes!

Hi Everyone, I love making simple syrups to use in cocktails, mocktails, desserts and other recipes. You can use simple syrups over pancakes and waffles as an alternative to maple syrup or pancake syrup too!
Many of these recipes are garden-inspired.

You do not need heat to make a simple syrup, most of the time, I use a lidded mason jar and just shake it to dissolve the sugar. You want to always make sure that she sugar to water or other liquid/tea is a one to one ratio.
