Hi Everyone, need a delicious and savory dinner to serve a crowd which is also a crowd-pleaser?
Look no further than this Slow Cooker Texas Style Pulled Pork.

The recipe inspiration comes from a recipe that my Father-in-Law, Michel, has been making and shared with me.
You can certainly customize it for your tastes as well.
It's so convenient making it in the slow cooker.

We recently made this while we were on vacation on Long Beach Island, New Jersey and it made for an easy dinner so that we could focus on doing other fun things than being in the kitchen.
So special thanks to Michel for sharing this recipe with me!

Michel always gets the pork shoulder from Costco, where we have a membership and I must say, I am impressed with their butcher area.
We also got some amazing organic chicken (see, Citrus Garlic Herb Baked Chicken Thighs) and sockeye salmon (see, Lemon Rosemary Salmon) and were really pleased with the freshness and quality of the products.

I love the sweet and tangy flavor of this Slow Cooker Texas Style Pulled Pork.
