Hi Everyone, with this Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Mint Water we are entering "spa water" territory. As the temperatures get warmer and the weather gets more humid, this couldn't come at a better time.
This is a concoction that I do from time to time when needed, when I need that "extra" refreshment that only fresh mint from the garden and the cooling effects of Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Tea can give.
Yes, that epic, gorgeous blue color is completely natural, it's the color of the blue butterfly pea flower tea that's added to the cold water, ice and fresh mint. This spa water is both eye-catching and cooling.

If you don't love the taste of regular water and are looking for a way to make water more palatable to hydrate yourself, adding some cold tea to water is a great option, throw in some fresh, clean herbs like mint and it's even better.

I personally prefer not to add any sweetener to this spa water but if you want to then go for it.
