Hi Everyone, have you ever tried to make your own brown sugar? I started making my own brown sugar, both dark and light, during the Covid-19 pandemic and I think it's likely that I will keep doing this from now on because it comes out so beautiful and fluffy and it makes the recipes that I use it in even better from my personal experience!
I made sure to include step-by-step recipe photos to walk you through this super easy process of making your own Light Brown Sugar below and in the recipe card.
I will be sharing a post soon on how to make Dark Brown Sugar soon as well! Hint: It's also super easy to make!
All you need is just 2 ingredients for this recipe: Granulated White Sugar and Molasses.
I now make several cups of dark or light brown sugar when I am out of it, instead of buying it from the store.
