Hi Everyone, it’s time to share about our bi-weekly, local, organic CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) share from Roots to River Farm!

WHAT WAS IN OUR SHARE THIS WEEK
Every other week, I pick 5 items to be in my CSA box share, here’s what I picked for this week:
- Kale (curly) – bunch – We made a massaged kale salad with this
- Radish – 1 bunch – We had these radishes with butter, kosher salt, wildflower honey and thyme (shown below). I sautéed the radish tops and had them with eggs, as a breakfast.
- Radicchio (Castefranco) – 1 head – We had this in a fresh salad and also in a massaged kale salad
- Tatsoi – 1 head – We had this in the massaged kale salad
- Beets – 1 pint – We made Instant Pot Beets
