3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies are easy to make with peanut butter, an egg, and sugar. They are flour-free and make the most delicious, classic, chewy peanut butter cookies. Enjoy them as is or drizzled with chocolate.

Hi Everyone, all you need to make these amazing 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies are: Peanut butter, 1 large egg, and 1 cup of sugar - that's it!
You can swap the peanut butter for any other nut butter too depending on what you have available and your preferences.
These delicious cookies can be eaten any time of the year; they are great for the holidays, cookie sales & cookie swaps as well as making for a quick snack or dessert!

This recipe doesn't have any flour in it, to make sure this is completely gluten-free, just check the label on the type of peanut butter you use.
RECENT: Sriracha Mayonnaise

If you use a small cookie scoop (2 teaspoons each amount), you can make a total of 32 cookies (on 2 silicone mat-lined (or use parchment paper) rimmed baking sheets).
Alternately, if you don't have a cookie scoop or don't want to use one, you can just use 2 teaspoons and for small cookie dough balls to form the cookies.
Use a fork to make a criss-cross on top of the dough balls before baking.

At the time of my writing this, it is during the Covid-19 pandemic, I love this recipe as a good pandemic recipe because it uses pantry staples like peanut butter and granulated white sugar and only 1 egg. It doesn't require any flour as well and has only a few ingredients and it makes a classic peanut butter cookie recipe!
