Hi Everyone, have you ever tried to make your own brown sugar? I started making my own brown sugar, both dark and light, during the Covid-19 pandemic and I think it’s likely that I will keep doing this from now on because it comes out so beautiful and fluffy and it makes the recipes that I use it in even better from my personal experience!
