Jasmine Flower Tea tastes so good and pure on its own; I personally, do not sweeten Jasmine Flower Tea but I tend not to sweeten tea or coffee drinks with a few exceptions or if I am in the mood for something sweet.
You can certainly add honey, agave, or your preferred sweetener to this tea.
Jasmine is said to have many health benefits, including the following (source):
Here are some possible negative side effects of Jasmine Flower Tea:
As with any herbal remedy, please consult your doctor if you have any questions or concerns about Jasmine Flower Tea.
Sure, if you want to.
I personally do not because the tea is beautiful on its own and I am more of a tea purist - that's just my opinion!
I feel like the milk would mute the floral aspect of the tea. If you love milk in your tea though, have at it!

This is a confusing and not completely accurate recipe and description. It mixes references to dried Jasmine flowers with what seems to be information about Jasmine Green tea. For example, the post says it contains caffeine. That would only be true if using the Green Tea that's been made with Jasmine flowers. Jasmine flowers alone do not have caffeine.

That was/is my question. Do jasmine flowers alone contain caffeine? What’s your favorite organic jasmine flowers to steep and drink)?
Sara Maniez says
Dear Catherine, Thank you for your comment and your question! I appreciate your interest in jasmine flower tea. Let me provide some information to address your questions.
Jasmine flowers, on their own, do not naturally contain caffeine. They are typically caffeine-free. However, it's important to note that commercially available jasmine tea blends may sometimes include tea leaves from the Camellia sinensis plant, which contains caffeine. The level of caffeine in jasmine tea can vary depending on the specific blend and the amount of tea leaves used.
As for my favorite organic jasmine flowers to steep and enjoy, I personally find that organic Jasmine Grandiflorum or Jasmine Officinale flowers produce a delightful aroma and flavor. These varieties are known for their fragrant blossoms, which infuse the tea with a distinct floral note.
When selecting organic jasmine flowers, I recommend choosing reputable brands that prioritize organic farming practices. This ensures that the flowers are cultivated without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, resulting in a more natural and pure tea experience.
I hope this information helps! If you have any further questions or need recommendations, please feel free to ask. I'm here to assist you in any way I can. Happy sipping! Warm regards, Sara
