I have another seasonal, Lilac recipe for you in our Lilac recipe series for Spring, this Lilac Flower Simple Syrup!
It can be the basis of some great mocktails, cocktails, drinks/beverages, or drizzled over dessert recipes (think pancakes, panna cotta, pavlova, etc. - yum!).

Lilacs are my favourite spring flowers - they smell so beautiful! I must admit I've never thought of using them for anything else but decoration so I am intrigued by this recipe! Thanks so much for sharing!
